Four HLS programs pursue research and handle present subjects on the intersection of faith and law. Competition law, known within the United States as antitrust law, is an evolving subject that traces way back to Roman decrees against price fixing and the English restraint of commerce doctrine. Modern competition law derives from the united states anti-cartel and anti-monopoly statutes of the flip of the 20th century.
